The Great Depression (The 1930s)

For my 21st activity I had to tell us tell you guys what I do when I want to relax or de-stress and what are some tips for dealing with stress. Here is what I have done . Hope you enjoy.

  1. Hey there Anitimoni, thanks for sharing your tips for reducing and relieving stress. I love taking naps, I just struggle to wake up and keep them under thirty minutes. Eating food is a great way to make yourself feel better. I also really like reading a good fiction book or a movie because they distract you from your thoughts - you momentarily get sucked into another story. A couple of my tips would be to go outside and get some fresh air, go for a walk or a run or talk to someone about how you are feeling. Often we get caught up in our own heads and tend to worry too much about something small. Talking to someone helps to put things into perspective and helps you realise that these issues are often trivial.
