I really enjoyed reading you post all about the things that you could do in Waitangi. It is such a beautiful part of New Zealand.
You have chosen some great things to do there. Going to an outside concert following by a hangi would be a great experience for anyone in Waitangi. Imagine what someone from overseas would think about that experience.
I am sure there are lots of really cool places to ride your mountain bike. I am sure there are some really exciting places and things to explore. What better way to do it than riding your bike.
The thing I would do to would be to go on a boat trip out to the hole in the rock. The Bay of Islands is a really magical place full of really important history for all New Zealanders.
